The bed was so comfortable, and the location was great. Parking is reasonable and easy. Cheaper than other hotels in the area. The staff were also very kind and helpful

First time in Omaha

The rooms are great for the price. I came from KC for the zoo, amazing zoo. Check in, nobody at the desk, and needed to use the bathroom quick. I understood the security for the bathrooms. After getting checked in, going to my room and finishing setting up, the pay for parking app, (about 15/20mins) I go outside to find a ticket for parkjng. The front desk lady took care of the ticket with no cost to me, just a hassle. The second night around 3am, fire alarm goes off. Went down to lobby, front desk lady couldn't figure out why the fire alarm was going off and why. I asked about local night life and popular and hidden spots. The ladies at the front desk did the best they could with night life and dinning info. If you're up in time for breakfast, amazing, good selection. The contrustion around the area sucks, but what city doesn't have construction.
