While every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful, the condition of the property was shockingly bad. The hotel is simply not maintained. My room carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in years. The bathroom floor was greasy and grimy—not something you want to see when stepping out of the shower. Common areas were just as bad, especially the elevator, which had a filthy floor that never seemed to be cleaned during my stay. It’s unfortunate because the team tries to provide good service, but that can’t make up for the basic lack of cleanliness and upkeep. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it until they invest in serious cleaning and maintenance.

Fun time

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and positive energy. Now not it is an older building but the suite did not disappoint and the views were nice. The hotel is located near good restaurants and most fun things for a tourist attraction. The front desk never made us feel as if we were a bother and reminded us about the rooftop bar daily menu.

All hotel staff persons I encountered were friendly and professional. The king junior suite was clean and very spacious, with a separate sitting area inclusive of a television and wet bar. Although my guest and I were unable to experience the rooftop on this stay, we have in the past and very much so enjoyed it. The HuHotel is one of our top choices whenever looking to stay in the downtown area.

Areas of the property are in desperate need of repair and upkeep. Also, there was nowhere to park your vehicle due to ongoing road work. The air conditioning was inconsistent and slightly noisy and there was no coffee/tea in the room and only available in the lobby. BUT the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - and the hotel itself was in a quiet area.
