Everything was great. The pools and hot tubs were clean and uncrowded. The room was fantastic with a great volcano view and the staff was very helpful. No kids running around added to the experience.

Birding is spectacular. The grounds and trails are amazing. So many plants and animals. Beautiful views. Rooms are basic but clean. Food at the restaurant for dinner is average but service was consistently great. Breakfast was better. Overall service was excellent.
