Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse

"Clean, nice staff overall, felt safe, beautiful hot springs and spa. Very dim lighting on path to rooms at night. My only complaint is that they are trying to charge me for a third person when only two of us stayed here, checked in, and confirmed with staff at check-in. Staff not being very helpful with refunding for the non-existent third person. Disappointing to my trip because I really did like this place, but probably won’t stay here again because of this. Double check your reservation with this place! "
