"Staff was super friendly and sweet. But the room was NASTY . The entire place and hallways looked like a MOTEL. kids are running up and down the halls. The tub , bathroom ,walls and furniture were dirty and torn.. this place should be 50 bucks a night with how rundown it is. I would say, it is in a safe location nearby a lot of restaurants and stores(close driving distance)."

"I would not stay here again. We stayed at a Royal Sonesta in Washington D.C., and while I knew it wouldn’t be as upscale, this place was disgusting. There was dried milk scattered on the carpet and two chairs that wasn’t bothered to be clean. Dirty water running and dried from the top of the toilet. Toothpaste splatter al on the surface of the bathroom counter. You could tell the only thing cleaned was the superficial surfaces quickly wiped down. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Those were the only positives. The $5 parking fee was only in the small print online. But that’s comical. There is no reason for a hotel like this to be charging for parking. It’s a budget hotel that was very unclean. Housekeeping only comes once every 14 days and you have to do all the work for clean anything before then. This hotel was actually too expensive for what it offered, in my opinion. I’m glad my kids were not with me or we would not have stayed here. I will not stay here again. Staff was okay. Morning staff female was friendly."
