"The hotel was up to date and clean, the staff was courteous and friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Fall. It was fun to see the Halloween decorations, pirate-themed, in the Lift Bar when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was ok, the usual eggs, potatoes, pancakes, french toast sticks, bagels etc. But other than that, I rate this hotel a 5 across the board. "

"Warm swimming pool. Reasonably priced hot tub. Best features was the magnificent staff. We were supposed to stay for 5 days and because of the incredible service we stayed for almost 14 days. Must mention the mgr Pam, front desk Mary, Brian, Sara, there are two others that left a great impression too. My room needs were catered to by Janieth ( amazing woman) Amara, Madison, must shout out to Diego. Breakfast, Toni, Mark, Jo kept my girlfriend fed even though she wasn’t a morning person. If you want to stay at a place where the people are nicer than your real family, this is it. I almost quit going to choice hotels because of a bad experience, but this one has me rethinking that. These people make this hotel better than any four walls could. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. "

"We were delayed because of car troubles. Called location to assure them we were on our way, but would be very, very late. Arrived at 3 AM. Night Desk Clerk was expecting us, knew us when we walked in. Got us checked in without delay. FIRST CLASS SERVICE !!! Kudos to both evening and overnight staff. Couldn't have been more pleased with your staff."
