Not sure how this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Rude staff. Old dungy property. Front desk does not answer their phone. Phone in room does not work. Unaccountable staff. Overall terrible experience and I would never stay there ever again and do not recommend.

This Hyatt was a find. It's close to Penn Station and to Murray Hill which is what we wanted. The room had just been renovated and was lovely. Construction on side made elevator use somewhat problematic but that will soon be over. Highly recommend.

It just feels cool to stay there. Also that coffee shop in the lobby, plus the bagel storea round the corner. I got more work done and felt more relaxed than anywhere I've stayed in years.
