We weren’t able to check in at 3 pm as promised and was told to come back in 30 min. When we did that, it still wasn’t ready and had not been cleaned yet and had to wait for 45 min in the lobby which was very small and hot. Then my card was charged twice for the room.

Well Jacuzzi Was Closed Over As In Gone NO more!!!! Horrible Breakfast Taste And Was Not Maintained...Pet Friendly Ha If they whine they complain.. And The Pictures On This Site Are Not What You Get When You Get There Extremely Run Down Grass Was Not Cut, Floors Are Filthy Roaches And Bugs Were All Around Pool Area And In Pool Water In Pool Has Foul Smell And Owners Children Ran Around Hiding Behind Bushes Throwing Rocks Into Parking Lot Where Cars Are Parked.No Complaints About My Dog Until .Owner Came To Stay For Few Days And He Complained My Dog Whinned And Was A Problem During The Day Very Creepy House Keeper Guy Reached His Arm Down Into Cereal Dispenser To Get Cereal And When We Came Back From Water Park In Bathing Suits He Watched Us Walk Down Hallway To Our Room Had The Stalker Feel.. Ended Up Paying To Go Somewere Else And Let Them Keep Money For Last Night Horrible Experience Would Not Stay Again

The property was old and it looked like the Radisson just fixed up the outside. Our window view was of the roof of the drive through in front! Really! We could not see any sky unless we went to the far right corner of the window. The carpets were DISGUSTING!!! The stairs going up were so stained from YEARS of use. The carpet in the room was so gross and old like from the 70s. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was fine. The clerk ran up 2 times to "check the room and make sure it's ready" but it was 7pm and there were only 4 cars in the parking lot! No way they were full!!! Each time we opened the door we were HIT with a chemical smell that I believe he flung around to cover some smell. It was still on our things when we got home. I didn't ask for another room because I truly believe this was the best they had. The walls were old stucco. This has absolutely ruined the Radisson name for me. I am 100% sure this is a franchise hotel and I promise I will NEVER stay there again!!!! DON'T!

Break fast choice left much to be desired my significant other and I are not pork eaters and there was no selection of meat other than that. Fresh fruit would have been nice.
