"The hotel is in an excellent location, tucked away in a quiet street, yet within walking distance to the ferry, the wharf, restaurants and shopping. The Victorian house is very cute and although the room was somewhat dated, it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is not much bathroom amenities, so guests should bring their own shampoo/conditioner and lotion. I loved that there was water available throughout the day. Check in was relatively quick and easy. The WIFI was quite slow. We needed to store our luggage and were told to leave it in the dining room, which was an open room and we felt a little nervous but had no choice. It was totally fine when we returned to collect it. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would recommend it if you don’t need particularly fancy accommodation and also comfortable with narrow stairs."
