I liked the friendliness at the front desk however my room had a couple of fruit flies in it and the floors have seed shells and feel sticky. My room doesn’t feel like it was cleaned very well.

Due to bad weather we could not travel. They still charged my card. Could not refund due to policy. No exceptions. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service I didn’t use… Terrible experience and I didn’t even stay there… AND I won’t in the future!!!

The room is dirty and Grimey. There is dirt and stains on everything nothing looks like it has been cleaned. The beds don’t even have a bed skirts just a bear boxspring. It seems as though most of the people here are actually locals just living in hotel rooms. The front desk was nonexistent. Felt very unsafe. The booking website had photos that are completely different from the rooms here. I absolutely feel like I was lied to by those photos. There was a box of old popcorn in our room as well. Dirt on the walls, stains on the bed, everything just feels grimy. The whole place feels like it’s falling apart. I’m actually pissed that they have such good looking photos on Travelocity.

Dont do it!

This is on the low end of bad. I found a few others for about $10 more with higher ratings. When we got there they messed up our room and we ended up paying another $20... for that price i could have gotten a really nice room!

Got back ache from bed. Kept rolling into the middle of the bed

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Other than the bed, everything else was fine. The room was very clean and enjoyed the shower stall.

Felt like an old storeroom

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
The room we got was so poorly laid out that nearly 1/3 the room was unused. The bathroom didn't have a fan. The back of the closet wall was so close to the toilet that if I were a bigger person, I could not have used the toilet. The closet was so tiny as to be unusable. The main room had an extremely large unused corner that could have been used for the closet. This would have solved both the space issue with the toilet and the size issue with the closet. The light switch for the bathroom was across the bathroom from the door to the bathroom. There is a big crack in the plaster of the main room. There was no telephone in the room. The light switch for the main room was in external conduit on the wall as if added as an afterthought. Many channels on the tv were turned off in the tv and had to be selected manually. If I were not semi-local, I would not have know what channels were local. The refrigerator, placed right next to the bed, ran nearly constantly due to a bad seal on the door. The freezer was nearly frozen solid as one chunk of ice.
