We have always stayed at La Quinta’s and NEVER had any problems!! But this stay was terrible!! Our room was FILTHY and our shower faucet was hanging off the wall in the tub and the tub wouldn’t drain! It started by finding an earring on the floor in the bathroom… followed by seeing something sticking out from under the bed… it was a big stuffed dinosaur that either had mashed food on it or vomit! I took both down to the front desk incase someone was missing them. When I came back up, my daughter said “Mom! There’s another earring at the end of your bed!” I go to look and it’s a toe ring! So now I’m thinking we better start looking around… I grab my flashlight and look under the beds… mine has loose change, skittles, hair balls, wrappers and my daughters has a USED FLOSSER, wrappers and crumpled tissue! We then start checking everywhere and the space under the vanity in the bathroom was FULL of hair, dust, tissue and wrappers! Next we looked at the toilet and it’s got urine around the base and little rust bits by the seat where the screws are. I walk down to the front lobby and show them my pics and videos of the room and there wasn’t a single offer to come up and clean it so I ask for a vacuum so I can do it myself! They leave a vacuum for me and tell me to just put it back when I’m done… at the end of my stay, they comped me $60 for one day cleaning fee (we stayed 2 nights). Honestly if there had been other openings at local hotels, we would have just left!

Had a good area for our 2 dogs. Thin ceiling. You can hear everyone walking around. Bathroom light was dead by the mirror. The ceiling light worked but bathroom really needs two lights. Good place if you have pets. Very pet friendly. We brought our rotty and pit.

Great hotel. Will definitely stay again. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet and cozy. Simple grab bag of water, yogurt, and muffin was a great simple grab n go breakfast. Only minor complaint would be the bathroom was a bit small and shower head was really short. I’m 5’10” and hubby is 6’4”. Other than that, wonderful stay!
