This property location is amazing. The staff is absolutely personable and professional. The only issue that I have is the condition of the room. Definitely in need of upgrading, but I would stay at this property again.

The room was small but clean. The pillows and comforter were awesome. I didn’t get the room I selected but they didn’t tell me that when I was checking in. At first they tried to give me a room with a twin bed so I guess they were having problems. The first night was good but the second night there was a lot of noise and banging in the hallway - but was barely drowned out by the HVAC that made horrible noises for hours. I turned it off but then it would get too hot - went on until 3:30 am.

We loved the location for access to big bus tour and subway. Disappointed that we booked a king and it was not available until next day; moving felt like a hassle so we stuck with the queen room and they did include late checkout at 2:00 since we didn’t have to be to airport until late in the day. Some staff was great some weren’t helpful and seemed to be rushed/annoyed.

Great horel

The hotel was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable, amenities like free coffee/tea and refillable water bottles were a great perk. Very walkable to the 9/11 Memorial, Ferries and Liberty Park.
