Hotel is run down, the bathroom especially, bedroom walls have wear and tear. If you’re just wanting a cheap stay this hotel is fine but definitely not a nice hotel. The images on the website are old. It also gives an abandoned feel.

Pros: cleanliness, room size, location, view, there is a fitness center Cons: no services, no concierge, you are on your own to plan your stay We loved staying here! We had an overlook view of the World Trade Center memorial, and a glimpse of the top of the Empire State Building. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We’ve lived in New York City before, so staying here was a bit like coming home and living like a local resident again. It looks like construction is about to begin on a new building across the street from the hotel, so the amazing views of the WTC memorial might no longer exist once construction takes place.
