The property is so old and it desperately needs updating. Took forever for checkin. When we got to our room, we had issues with our keys working repeatedly. We had only three pillows for the two of us and no blankets or comforters. It took close to 2hrs to get extra pillows and a comforter. I called 4 times and still didn’t get it. I finally went down and stood in another line to try and get these things. There was no cord on the phone in the room, the mini refrigerator didn’t work at all. This hotel for the price was so disappointing. The only thing positive was that it was close to where we had to go.

Otra cosa el.hotel debe informar con anterioridad que debe hacerce un deposito al momento del "Check in" este fue de $300. En general todo bien.

The pictures paint a very different picture… by no means is this a 4 star hotel, 2 star at best. Might as well stay at an extended stay or motel. The room utilizes a chain lock, the nicest part is the kitchen. The bed sheets were clean but the walls and rug and bathroom were falling apart and gross and stained. The a/c was a window unit which was extremely loud and moldy. I tried to shut the a/c off because it was a damp cold in the room aside from the noise, but the rooms are not sound proof and the noise from the street unbearable. I’m from nyc and have stayed in the city, hotels are sound proofed. I even heard gun shots and a police chase. The window didn’t even close all the way so it was better to have the a/c on. We didn’t have the toiletries, towels or toilet paper, and when I called only half of what I asked for was brought up. The lobby is nice as is the staff but honestly you can get a much nicer hotel for the same price and convenient location somewhere else, which is why I checked out after one night and went somewhere else.

The Concierge were very friendly and greeted us joyfully but the cleanliness was below par. The floors in the room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, table tops visible with some sort of sticky substance and the bathroom was dusty and well worn, cracks, chips and stains on the tiles, floors, walls and door. The elevator service was spotty at best, a 10 minute wait or more, we had to take the stairs often. Also, pictures on website were deceiving.

Broken lamp…bulb fell off. Unsafe. Broken furnitures. No hand soap, no shower gel. Don’t let the lobby look fool you!

Unfortunately the hotel is not what it looks like in the picture. Our room was dirty and smell bad…. The staff did give us another room right away The second room … was better …. But the safe didn’t work…. Phones don’t work, you can’t reach front desk, room service etc The AC is super loud, the tv wasn’t working on day #2 of my stay.. someone came to fix it but it’s an old tv and we couldn’t watch it…. Last, someone open my door at 8 am on my last morning there. Overall not what we expected
