I liked the lobby level, plenty of seating to relax and great views. Perfect location in NYC. The room was nice and comfortable and roomy for a NY hotel.

Very disappointed with the more than $90 I was charged to valet park my car for only five hours. I asked what the options were and was told “valet“. In fact, next to the building, that I was not aware of, is a public parking garage that would’ve charge less than $20 for the rest of the day. Also, how can a high-end hotel like this not have a microwave in the room?

Good day,Thank you for your review and honest feedback. We are sorry regarding the parking fees as we do not have a parking garage and have a partnership with a garage. This is the fees they charge for 24 hours. They do nto offer less than this. There are several parking garages in the area that you could have arranged prior to arrival if you did not want to pay the price for the garage we use. We also have a partnership for self parking which is less as long as you get your ticket stamped by hotel. I am sorry if you did not receive this information prior to arrival or at check in. As far as the microwaves, we offer microwaves for guest use on a couple of floors of the hotel. I am unsure if you asked about any of this while in house as they could have informed you. Sorry again for any inconvenience. I will pass along to management for a chance to improve. We hope to fully regain your trust in the future,.
