Good: Convenient location, friendly staff Issues: Room extremely small, king bed looked small, tiny window, lobby area uninteresting Would not stay there again, mainly because of room size.

Their was some kind of noise in the wall. Was constant throughout the night . Very small room but we expected that being Newyork . Homeless people directly in front of hotel. Room was very clean and sheek. No restaurant in hotel was closed .

We recently stayed at this hotel for its central location. Everyone who worked here was so kind, helpful, professional and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We were greeted with a smile and welcoming words every time we passed through the lobby…Omar even ran two blocks to chase down a taxi for us to get to the airport! The only issues we had with the hotel itself were the basic amenities - had to call for an iron and hair dryer, and the fridge wasn’t plugged in. The biggest problem had to do with the neighborhood. Despite the huge NYPD spotlight outside the front of the hotel, we couldn’t escape the beggars and drug addicts who surround the area. Not to mention the ever-present stench of weed. We didn’t feel safe after dark so took a cab instead of walking back late at night. I was last in NYC before the pandemic and feel it is a very different city since COVID and the legalization of pot. They have a lot of work to do in Midtown.

The property was extremely clean and was in a convenient location. The girl at the front desk was very efficient and extremely friendly. She really was a great introduction to the hotel.
