Room was spotless and the staff great. Couldn't have been better. The reservationist at checkout on a very snowy day in NYC went out of his way to get us a quick cab to LGA and even left the desk to take our three bags to the car in the slushy weather. It was a great stay.

Overall, the hotel was a reasonable option for my trip. The room had a safe, small refrigerator, and an updated bathroom. The downside was the extra noisy room. While the location is good, it is on a very busy/loud street. I go to NYC often and this was one of the loudest rooms I've had. However, that is the tradeoff for the location.

Violet with Customer Service was great. She handled our private car pickup from the cruise terminal to LGA. She was on top of things and ensured we had a great stay. The room was clean but a bit small. Only complaint is when the air/fan came on it made loud noises. We ended up shutting it off so we can get some sleep.

I couldn’t believe the price and such a perfect location and super close to PennStation and the Manhattan center when I was seeing a concert. King size room was small but all we needed. It was very nicely kept and updated. Staff was very nice and accommodating as well.
