This is a duplex suite (4 bedroom/3 bathroom/2400 sqft) with a garden that can be used during the daytime. It has a private entrance. The location is 1 block from the Express Subway, 3 blocks from Central Park, and 1 block from Riverside Park. It is very clean and tidy at all times, with new furniture and finishings. It's a great space for a large group to stay comfortably while visiting Manhattan. No parties allowed. Use BestParking app for cheapest parking options close by. Amazing rental in an amazing location
This condo was exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean, organized and was perfect for our 2 family group of 11. Lots of extra linens/towels in a downstairs cabinet, lots of plates, cups and silverware, serving dishes, pots and pans, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage cans and bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper. Drip and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, microwave in addition to full stove and fridge. Location is a 5 minute easy walk from the subway station that we used every day to get around to all places we wanted to visit in the city, and a 10 minute walk to Central Park. We walked to Trader Joes and Jubilee Market for groceries. Owner and caretaker are responsive to questions, organized in their communications, and we would gladly stay with them again.

This fit the bill!
This property is centrally located. The owners were responsive and helpful in terms of check-in, some equipment issues (could not shut off the ice maker). It was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchen, there were ample linens and having a washer/dryer made things very convenient. It was overall a lovely stay.

Perfect location and spacious accommodations
Had a full week in this wonderful property with another family. Everyone really enjoyed the rooms, proximity to trains, and cute neighborhood. The highlight was being able to walk to Central Park and Riverside and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Kids were able to walk to the train station and got to experience the NY vibe. Can’t wait to visit again! Property manager was extremely prompt, responsive and considerate.

Great find - really nice location...
Our group of ten was very impressed with this apartment. It's the garden apartment of a historic renovated brownstone. We were only 1 block from the Express Subway and also Riverside Park. A 5 min walk to Central Park. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. I would highly recommend this space for a family or large group visiting NYC. The beautiful tree out front was my personal favorite.

Great location in NYC
We spent 5 days in NYC for a family celebration and really enjoyed the experience. The location of this property is great for exploring NYC. Easy access to subways and walkable restaurants and shopping. The unit slept 11 comfortably (9 adults, 2 teens) and had good amenities and a outdoor garden seating area which worked well for socializing. The upstairs kitchen area is a bit cramped with a small couch and dining table but was serviceable as we mostly ate out. The property manager was prompt and communicated well.

Great host and an amazing location
This was a last minute stay for my elopement wedding in Central Park. The host was very responsive as was their caretaker. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Great location and easy access to the park. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was perfect for a girls trip to NYC. We had 11 girls and there was plenty of room and 3 bathrooms came in very handy. Beautiful and clean and close to the subway. We hope to stay here again!

Great Experience
Alex and Jojo have been, even long before arriving at the apartment, extremely attentive and kind with all our doubts and questions. The apartment was what it promised, a perfect apartment for a large group (we were 8 guys), clean and nice in its decor, with everything perfectly prepared to make our stay easy (towels, soap, coffee capsules, ....) and in a fabulous area, quiet yet close to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants and, very importantly, the subway. In short, a highly recommended experience, and first class hosts.
