My stay at LUMA Hotel Times Square was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction felt genuine, and they truly made us feel taken care of. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-tier — the rooms were spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in the details. And the location? PRIME. Being right in Times Square made everything so convenient — restaurants, shopping, Broadway shows — all just steps away. You really can’t beat it. The only small con I’d mention is the pillows. They were a bit too soft for my liking — honestly, four pillows equaled one regular pillow lol. But even with that minor issue, this is still a 5-star experience in my book. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very conveniently located between Times Square and Bryant Park/NY Public Library. Easy access to subway and convenience store around the corner. The room was clean and spacious for Ny standards. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend!
