Everyone was very very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was so clean it looked like it was brand new. I booked this hotel primarily because of the modern look & coffee maker and that was a really nice feature! Bed was comfy, enjoyed the sound machine for sleeping as well. Excellent location.

We were very impressed with the Luma Hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was huge, beds were fabulous and the bathroom was the cleaniest I have ever seen! We had a contact number for all our questions. The hotel set up transportation from and to the airport for us. Location is great! Bryant Park was at the end of our block and shopping was within short walking distance. We had a great time! Hope to return to Luma next year!

The property is very convenient to Broadway theaters. The bartender was extremely rude and the bar was not well stocked. Other staff were terrific.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was very efficiently designed and managed. The Continental Breakfast was very nice; all Hotel staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. For some reason, we sat for an extended time waiting for our check in the restaurant at breakfast.
