It was a nice hotel but overall not worth the money. We were treated poorly at the hotel bar the night of our stay. We got there half an hour before closing and there were maybe 30-50 people there drinking and enjoying their night and we were told that they were closed and we couldn’t order anything. This was after one bar tender made eye contact with us and walked away, and the one who approached us and told us we couldn’t order was super rude. The hotel was nice in appearance and the rest of the staff was nice enough but not anything outstanding, and we wouldn’t stay again.

This is a great property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We did not get to enjoy the bar area or food options due to covid restrictions but would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

First of all, when I showed up to the initial hotel (New York Barclay) that I had booked for May 21st, 2021 (and had confirmed reservation) it was closed. It had a sign on the door. No one called to let us know. Second, with my luggage next to me, I called IHG to request a swap to another hotel. They would not honor the cost of the initial reservation. It took 1 whole hour for the reservation person to offer me 5,000 points in lieu of being booked in the Times Square hotel, at an additional cost. To put the finishing touch to this already already bad experience, my apple airpod pro where gone from my room....and I can say they don't walk on their own.

I like the location of hotel, it is located in the heart of Manhattan. Overall staffs are friendly, the hotel is clean
