It was walking distance from a lot of things great location. What I don’t like about it was the elevator takes 30-45mins just to go up and down the wait is to long .

Check-in was quick and easy, but the check-in staff was not super friendly. Room is decent size for NYC. We had a two queen bed, 2 adults and 2 children. Room was a little outdated, but there were signs indicating a remodel for the rooms. The beds were very firm (like sleeping on plywood) and the pillows were awful. Not quite up to par for Hilton expectations. Check-out was great and staff was very friendly. However, when we came back to collect our luggage, there were two staff people and I stood waiting for at least 15 minutes (while parked in a loading zone) while one couple in front of me was being checked in and the other staff was on the computer. After 15 minutes they finally asked if they could help me and when I handed them our luggage tags they called for the baggage handler. They could’ve asked me and made the quick call for the baggage handler (or the baggage handler could’ve been at their post like they were during our stay) to make that part more efficient, especially while people are in the loading zone. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Half mile from Empire State Building and 3-4 blocks from the NYC Highline and Chelsea Market. Close to subway.

I will definitely use this hotel in the future. I was greeted pleasantly by the staff every time they saw us coming and going. They were so helpful and friendly, even offering their assistance with directions or helpful hints on navigating the City. Their maintenance and housekeeping staff were also exceptional and went out of their way. I was impressed by the staff and accommodations so much that I definitely wanted to let someone know. Thank you to Tanieka, Odi, Ally, Kim and Robinson for making our visit to NYC a special time!

Nice Hotel Close to ammenities

Pros: All the staff was kind and helpfull.
Cons: Compementary slippers would be appreciated.
Location: Location was good.
Had a day from hell with flight delays.Arrived at the hotel at midnight to find there was no booking for us,this was due to travelosity incompetence.,the guy was more interested in blaming instead of finding us a place.Lorraine at the front desk was our guardian angel to the rescue,she was brilliant,she phoned arround until she was able to find us a place to stay.She gave us a complimentry breakfast,water and took us to the hotel.We were 2 very tired older people who received such kindness from her.We would reccommend Lorraine for any rewards the hotel gives.

This hotel met our expectations for what we wanted in a NYC hotel. The room was very clean, a nice size, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Typically, we stay in boutique style hotels in NYC so the size of the room was a gift!

Great location and comfortable!

Pros: Location and room comfort/cleanliness.
Location: Subway lines accessible within the block, coffee and Fairway Market nearby.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near subway lines and main streets to access transportation. Staff was gracious and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean!
