The bed looks and smells like it was used and not clean. We felt trapped, Isaac was very late at night and they were only one person working with customers, with a very long queue. It seemed like they were having to resolve similar disputes which went on and on. We how did difficult I'm turning the shower on, as the shower handle were clearly broken. A remote control for the TV did not work.

We were there very briefly, but convenient to airport, very clean, and undated. Would loved to have stayed longer.

It was a decent stay. A/C heater unit needs to be quieter when on and when you start up the heat you get burning smell throughout the entire room.

Very accommodating when our flight at LaGuardia was cancelled. Shuttles run frequently. Breakfast was standard complimentary breakfast fare. Lots of restaurants will deliver food and drinks for lunch or dinner. Staff were helpful. Rooms are in need of refurbishment, especially carpet and furniture.
