The shuttle was timely, runs till midnight. My only complaint is that this is a $80 a night hotel and I had to pay 4x that amount as this was a last minute emergency booking due to airport issues. It is fine for an $80 a night stay, basic, clean room w/ shuttle.

The flights are flying right above the room all evening and night. Absoluetely no sleep. The only reason I chose this place is for its proximity to airport. but they need to make it clear that it is in the flight path.

Check in guy was great! Room was in a basement backing up to the housekeeping closet. Basement room had windows at the street level meaning people could look down into our room from the street! Maids and staff went in and out of closet ALL night at ALL hours banging doors and talking loudly. ZERO sleep. Hotel was also generally grimy and outdated. Heater/AC unit was from 1990s and was loud and made whining sounds when on auto/eco. Generally uncomfortable and horrible. Not sure why this place had good reviews. We travel almost weekly and know what an airport hotel at this price point should be. This was not it.

I was not aware of the limited airport shuttle hours so that didn't work out as well as I wanted it to. Staff were very friendly. LGA is a busy airport. I could hear flights taking off and landing up until around midnight, and resuming about 5 a.m.,making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I was a good stay. I did not realize it was in the flight path of LGA and planes were literally coming in for landing over the building. At first it scared me but I got used to the sound. So between 7 am to 11 pm I heard planes landing. I knew I was at a hotel hear the airport and I have stayed in hotels near them before. It would have been nice to know the noise level before I chose this airport. I also left my grey neck brace you use on the plane either in my room or dropped in the hallway. It was wrapped in a plastic bag. I checked out around 6:00 am. I called back and was told it was not found. Otherwise it was a good stay. Sorry I won't be back because of the noise of the plane made it hard to sleep.
