I had such a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Grand Central! From the moment we arrived, check-in was quick and seamless. The front desk staff were so friendly, kind, and welcoming — they truly made us feel taken care of. One of my favorite parts was the complimentary breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, and I loved that they offered something different each day. The ladies working the breakfast area were so warm and friendly — you can tell they genuinely care. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a city view that made the whole experience feel extra special. You really can’t beat the location either — just one block from Grand Central Station, which made getting around New York so easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

The staff were very helpful & friendly . Room was great , super shower , better than any in the UK . Breakfast was fine , no complaints about anything . Would stay there again .Convenient location for Grand CentralTerminal & tourist sites . Room was clean and the room service staff cleaned it every day. Breakfast was only ok, the food itself was fine but there was very few spaces to sit, the tables weren’t cleared from previous guests and it was all served (self service) with disposable plates and cutlery. A more sustainable approach would be to use regular plated and cutlery.
