The bed was so comfortable. That’s where the good stuff stops, however if you’re literally just sleeping and not expecting more than that, it’s not a bad place. The cleaning people just stood I. The hallways laughing and talking at high volumes. Which, I think it’s great they enjoy their jobs, it was just so loud and of course I was trying to nap for an event that night. It’s not the best neighborhood either.

The coffee maker in my room didn't work. The coffee available at the continental breakfast was awful! The floor in my bathroom was dirty. Paint stains on the carpet. A LONG black hair (that didn't belong to me) inside one of the towels. Gross.

I was told there would be free calls from the room. There was not. I don't own a cell phone so had to go to front desk to make calls for food and limo. They were not trained by management on how to handle it. It was different every time.
