The room was small but clean and very functional, with a desk, a small fridge, and plenty of 110V and USB outlets. The hotel has a parking lot — a very valuable feature in this area. It’s located close to a subway station, making it a great base for trips to Manhattan. :)

No action taken at 1:20 a.m. for extremely loud guest in the next room. Even though the desk was to be covered 24 hours/day, when I called twice more about the noise, no one answered the phone! When I was in the lobby, there was someone at the desk who was very cordial, and I appreciated that!

The room was simple, functional, clean upon arrival. One day the cigarette smoke coming through vents was powerful. We asked twice for fresh towels and for cleaning and it was never done. The stairwell and utility room with ice and vending machines were very grungy, dirty, with junk laying around.

We were given the wrong room upon check-in, and the room itself smelled strongly of smoke despite being advertised as a smoke-free accommodation. In addition, the room was located directly next to the subway, resulting in constant noise throughout the night. We barely slept and the overall stay was extremely uncomfortable. This was, by far, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I am extremely disappointed.
