Awesome stay. Room service is great. Lobby bar is beautiful. Room was really quiet, clean. Subway right across the street. Walkable area with great coffee, laundromat, restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again next time I’m in Brooklyn!

The Ace Hotel is a rare gem. The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and stylish and there is easy access to the Metro. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Only gave 3 stars as 2.5 is not an option. Room was ok, very small. There was no closet just a shelf with hangers. Lighting was poor. The hotel was expensive, so suprised that they did not offer any in room complimentary coffee. The blanket on top of the bed was not washed from the prior guest as it had pet hair and fresh stains.

The hotel was excellent. Room was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Was in a great spot 10-minute walk to Barclay Center and subway direct to Manhattan. It ticked all of the boxes for our family. I would definitely look to stay again on our next trip

Centrally located, beautiful building. We were put in room 1328 and the views did not disappoint. Sound can be an issue - whether from noisy neighbors (heavy doors slam easily) or hoppin' events (if you're on a lower floor). Bring earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper. Worth mentioning - this property is directly above a subway line so you can feel a slight rumbling as the train passes underground. My biggest complaint is there's no coffee available in the rooms. Seems like it should be a basic for a property of this caliber. All in all a lovely property where a few tweaks could go a long way.

Excellent location, clean, modern and overall a very nice place to stay. One small thing however is the very temperamental smoke alarms (which are mentioned in other reviews) that can go off after a hot shower.
