We came for NY Fashion Week and to see House of McQueen Play. We were close to the theater and FIT. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bar and lounge area were comfortable to hang out in. The breakfast was great. Everything Everything Everything was perfect! I highly recommend staying at the Voco Times Square

Check in was very poor. Two staff members and the one that I walked up to asked me if it was for two rooms or one. Given that I was clearly alone, I had no clue as to what she was talking about. Apparently, she thought that I was somehow with the guy checking in with the other staff member. I’d had no interaction with the other person and arrived after him. Things went downhill from there. The room was adequate and clean but smelled moldy and I rushed out to buy air spray. Location: it’s been a few years since my last trip (pre-pandemic). Close to Penn Station which was extremely convenient. However, around the corner from the hotel, a fight broke out between two homeless guys. One shoved the other pushing him into a woman nearby who fell hard to the ground with the guy sprawled on top of her. Later on, same day (my stay was for one night) three homeless guys were in a heated argument and one threw a bottle which crashed at my feet as I was walking back towards the hotel (just a few feet from the hotel entrance). I wouldn’t recommend.

Our first trip to NY, this hotel is in perfect location to get to Penn Station, and half way between everything we wanted to do up and down town and of course close to times square and broadway! We found the room to be small as expected but quiet and clean, perfect for what we were needing!
