I read the reviews before I booked my room. All the reviews were 100% correct. We’ve been to NYC four times in the last 3 years and have stayed somewhere different each time. Well, we found the hotel where we will stay from now on. The Hyatt Regency formerly Crowne Plaza will be the only place we stay. The staff were amazing, the location was perfect.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square was absolutely incredible. The entire hotel was spotless — from the lobby to the room, everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. The view from my room was breathtaking, the kind that instantly reminds you why New York is such a magical place. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Between the amazing view, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere, it was the perfect stay.

Positive: Phenomenal location. Handy to theatres, restaurants and subway. Less positive: Room was very hot. Thermostat had no effect. Hotel was full of school groups (picture 100's of high school students trying to get their suitcases to reception at that same time). No in-room coffee maker.
