Its a great hotel. The staff is amazing, very sweet and helpful. They let us check in early, scheduled a car for the airport, and answered any and all questions. The bar/ restaurant was equally fantastic.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Always very happy and welcoming. The lighting in the room was very dark though and our room was opposite the lift which meant we had passing traffic all night of noisy people waiting for and getting out of the lift. The rooms were not very sound proof either and we could hear all of the noise from the neighbours next door either side. I did receive a number of messages during our stay asking if we needed anything to which I expressed the issues with noise. The staff did offer ear plugs and a change of room for our 4th night which would have been our last and we didn't want to upheaval on the last nigjht. We mqy have just been unlucky with our room. I can not fault the staff. Rooms were very clean and the restaurant next to the hotel was lovely.

Such a lovely stay, the staff were so friendly and the customer service was amazing. 100 percent recommended! The breakfast was so lovely each morning. Room was spacious and so clean. Right in the centre of New York perfect location. Nothing bad too say!
