Reservation only reflected one night, no one asked about COVID 19 testing results before check in, free breakfast was missal (banana, yogurt, frozen English muffin). Toilet was dirty, very slow sink drain, large roaches (water bug), coffee maker not working, used cups from previous travelers found in rm. Stay away from this one.

The staff was really nice and friendly, the breakfast was really good, however; they did clear all the breakfast while we were still dinning. I waited for them to bring coffee and seen the woman bring it out and just as quickly take it away because it had hit 10:00am. They could’ve left the food until it was done, unless they were serving leftovers the next day.

Ideal location and walkable to fast food, restaurants, grocery store, as well as some dept. stores; breakfast area was superb, food plentiful and always an attendant there to refill as fast as we could eat and keep the place nice and clean!

We are senior citizens and I had some back issues. The elevator was broken from Tuesday until our departure on Saturday. The ice machine on our floor was also broken.
