Central Location and Beautiful Property!

We brought our young children and allowing them to have their own room and bathroom was key! Short walks to the Aquarium, French Quarter, and very near to streetcar stops that can bring you out to the zoo/ Garden District or City Park. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and out was a breeze! Our only complaint was one of the mattresses was pretty stiff. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect location!

This was a great little condo for the 4 of us and it was nice to have the two full bathrooms. There wasn’t much lounge seating in the living room - the two chairs in the living room were purely decorative. Hosts neglected to tell us that there were places to stow our luggage prior to check-in time until after we had arrived (and everywhere was already booked up) so we had to drag our luggage with us for several hours. Location was great though - walking distance to French quarter but not too loud.

Perfect Location in Awesome Condo

From our first contact with the property manager, Barbara, it was a great experience. The condo is close enough to the French Quarter for convenience, but far enough away for less people and quiet. The condo had everything we needed for two couples and was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Two bedroom, and two bath apartment on 3rd floor with elevator in perfect location in New Orleans. Great quiet neighborhood off Canal St. super easy to catch a street car or walk to the French Quarter. Exactly what we were looking for and perfect for two couples. The apartment was very cutely decorated and the management company was very responsive to our requests and questions.

Comfortable and convenient

This was a very nice base of operations for our recent visit to New Orleans. It was clean and pleasant and was much more relaxing than having two separate hotel rooms for us and our friends. My only complaint is that, with all the added fees for cleaning etc., it ended up being much more expensive than the price advertised on the Vrbo page. But in fairness, those fees were disclosed well before I had to make the commitment. The owner provided plenty of timely and accurate communications.

Great place

Very nice property. Great location, no need for a car once you are there - you can walk, streetcar or Uber anywhere. The apartment is very well decorated and has many upgrades - granite countertops, wood floors, exposed brick. AC works great, towels are better than the ones we have at home! Highly recommend.

Great Condo

Love the exposed brick walls. Cool travel vibe. Plenty of closet space. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. Very nice kitchen. The location is very convenient, just a couple blocks from Canal Street and the French Quarter. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area. Trolley out St. Charles Street is a great way to see historic homes in the area, and a great value! Lots of other places to visit, and music is everywhere! Lastly, Barbara, our contact at VacayNOLA is so helpful! She had lots of suggestions and tips. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time!

Nice place, walk to everything

Thoughtfully decorated in the theme on the old Times-Picayune building. Walking distance to courthouses, French Quarter, Rouse's grocery store, and good restaurants--St. James Cheese Co and Cafe on the Square for lunch; Luke for dinner. Lyft doesn't get the address right so you might as well tell them to pick you up at the Queen & Crescent Hotel next door. Homelessness is a problem everywhere and NOLA is no exception. Take extra care to make sure the front door is locked before you go upstairs to your condo. Just a few housekeeping/maintenance items we would recommend: the shower needs a new white plastic liner, the dishwasher needs to be mounted to the cabinet so it doesn't feel like it's tipping over when you open it. Cable tv would be so much better than Roku. We were here for 2 weeks so maybe that wouldn't be important to everyone. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you Barbara for being so accomodating.

historic apartment in a fabulous location!

Great place to stay. The apartment itself was rich in history, cozy and well stocked. Couldn’t have been happier about the location, easy walking distance to the French Quarter and the river. Just a few blocks away from the WWII museum, which was very interesting on a rainy day. Restaurants are plentiful. We prefer down home restaurants to upscale, so our greatest find was Mother’s Restaurant followed by Commerce for breakfast. In the French Quarter, we enjoyed Crescent City Brewhouse and a great beer at the Palace Cafe. Also, property managers were quick to remedy our WiFi issues and granted our request for late check out. We will be back. >

We really enjoyed staying at this location. We found it very comfortable! Beds are great and two bathrooms worked well for us. We had all the necessities for our stay. Perfect location

This was a perfect location and condo for two couples - two beds/baths. It was in walking distance to the French Quarter and everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. While we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it was great to end the day with a glass of wine - in real glasses, and eat take-out on real plates. It's on our list the next time we're in town.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location! I took my 82-year-old mom and my 14 year old daughter on a dream trip to New Orleans and couldn’t have had a nicer location for us to stay. Parking was easy in the lot across the street and there were lots of opportunities to walk to the French Quarter without worrying about finding parking in the more crowded neighborhood. The unit itself was beautiful and well kept, definitely recommend!
