This unique and spacious family home sits on the banks of Lake Pontchartrain which has a front porch that faces the lake and a rear porch that faces the Marina and Southern Yacht Club. The only double-wide boathouse is situated on the Lake Pontchartrain Marina. Serenity is the only home on the bay that features a HEATED private pool that is maintained on a weekly basis. Sleep up to six comfortably in this home-away-from-home! **Pack-n-play available upon request.**

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, parking, and balconies. In regard to the lower deck, while enjoyment of the deck will be solely for you and your guests, individuals may briefly pass through to access the boat dock and their boat - they will never have access to the home itself, nor will they be able to hang out on the deck. Access to and from the boat dock would be no more than a few minutes and occurs very rarely.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement to be e-signed followed your booking!**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $100 to have two extra cleaners assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.

Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
