The location was great, but the rooms are hit or miss. The window in my first room opened to a wall, so no light came in at all and a few things were broken, the lamp and closet door. When I asked for a room change with a real window, the woman at the reception desk was very rude and told me there were no rooms. I was finally allowed to move (with an extra fee) the next morning. When I talked to the new font desk person, I asked if I was still looking out to a wall, and he said YES. The lady from the night before moved me to a more expensive room, still facing a wall, which was the main reason I wanted to move in the first place. The new front desk manager rebooked me to a room with a real view. So there were rooms available, the rude front desk lady just didn’t want me to have one for some reason. Once I got the new room, everything else was good.
