We have made four trips to Colorado Springs to drop off, see and pick up my son from college. We stay at your hotel EVERY time we go there and come back. Love the cleanliness and the whole feel of the hotel.

Although this was the last hotel on our vacation and we only stayed one night it was the best. The room was large clean and easy to get to. It was convenient to parking and had a nice hot complimentary breakfast. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’d ever slept on. Great job Boarders. We’ll look for you again.

Staff members were nice & friendly. We chose to stay again as our stay 2 years ago was good. However, not as good experience this time. Trouble locating room die to confusing lay-out & no map, not as clean as expected,

Cons: Advertised as breakfast included, but the "included breakfast" was actually coupons to the attached Denny's rather than a grab-and-go.
Room was clean and quiet, easily accessible. Breakfast was not included but was instead coupons for Denny's (attached) which would have required us to sit, be served, pay for the remaining balance, and tip the server. This is not truly breakfast included . . .
