Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard.

DRIVEWAY

The two driveway spaces in front of the house are for you.

BACKYARD

We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Michigan, we were looking for a local place, that was within minutes of downtown. Great location! A quiet getaway after spending the day in the busyness of downtown. Alex is a great host and very responsive. The front porch swing was awesome! A very pleasant and super-comfy stay with the loveliest host! Alex’s place was perfect for the two of us (3 nights); conveniently located house is beautifully done w/great variety of spaces to hang in (front porch, covered back patio/deck, living room & good sized kitchen table for remote working.
