Generally a good option. Great communication. Apartment was cozy but a little worn and under equipped. Despite having a kitchen the only spices or condiments available were salt/pepper and oil. Toilet roll holder was loose, marks and scuffs on many areas of walls, several pieces of gym equipment didn't function properly. There was noise from the upstairs unit. Feels generally like upkeep isn't a top priority. But it's well located and reasonable price wise.

Very clean. Oddly, towels kept in bedroom closet so I had to call about them. Closet has no light so I didn't see towels which were on side shelving. Minor issue but probably better to keep towels in the bathroom.

Loved the apartment; location, cleanliness, amenities and generally very impressed. Happy with KASA pre-checkin communication. However I found there were a couple of occasions where the staff in the building (residents staff) were quite rude. Other than that, happy!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. It was the cheapest place I could find, and yet it was so clean, spacious, perfect for two people and we loved having our own bathrooms. The area was perfect, close to the airport, walkable to town. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave we enjoyed it so much!

Nashville on a budget

The location in Music Row was great we walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen could have been used to make meals it had everything. We were happy with coffee and tea and warming up leftovers. Building was quiet and neighborhood super safe.

Convenient location to everything we were interested in doing in Nashville. Comfortable and so very clean. Had all the amenities we needed and I would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was on the last night of our stay the elevators stopped working (large storm cell moving through the area). Taking the stairs was not a problem, but we had a hard time finding the stairs and there was no signage anywhere with a map of the stairwells. We had to ask a tenant who crossed our path while we searched. A rare circumstance, I’m sure.

Very nice place at a great value! I suggest black out curtains for the bedroom it was hard to sleep with the street lights. I let the property manager know so hopefully they will get that done!
