Since they're low on staff, we had to request our rooms to be cleaned, which usually takes a day but the second time, we waited two days then a third day, and it still wasn't done, though we got a few things we needed. Great breakfast buffet. One of the staff members at the front desk didn't seem very helpful, like we were bothering him to ask for help. The computer in the lobby was nice. Some places there are coming apart and need repairs. The laundry was nice and handy, though they took quarters, which we had or a QR code, which doesn't work on our phones. The traffic in front of the hotel backs up every morning, making it hard to get out of there but we could walk down the hilly road to the Waffle House when the hotel lobby was too busy for breakfast.
