Self check in via video was a drag. Asked for my room number and was told it was in my text because of privacy. After unloading my car I the text DID NOT have my room number. I had to go back in and do another video call. Rooms and building in general was less than average. No carpeting in rooms and there was a dehumidifier constantly running. Felt like I was sleeping in someone's dining room. Bathroom only had towels for showering, no hand towels of face cloths. Common areas weren't dirty, but dingy. I pad far too much for this room.

I was very pleased with the smiles and frieliness of the staff. We stayed 2 nights. Place was clean. I almost cancelled when I read a couple negative reviews but so glad I didnt. Great pizza place within walking distance. Easy to find hotel just off I75. Would stay again if in area.
