Disappointed in the room. The room was like stepping into a time warp in the 60s. The furniture was outdated and worn. The carpet was ripped and torn and had duct tape on it. The mattress was too soft and had no support. Very little pressure in the toilet and it clogged. The bathtub was reglazed years ago, but is peeling. To make it even worse the room had roaches. Total total disappointment, especially for a brand named hotel. The advertisement is very misleading. The room that they show in in the advertisement is a remodeled room, clearly not what we stayed in.
Duct tape on carpet. Nice touch. Duct tape can repair anything.

Best Western was a major disappointment. The room was like stepping into a time warp from 60’s it was so old. The carpet was rippled and torn and had duct tape over the ripped part. Furniture was old and dated, mattress was so soft you sunk into the mattress and had no support. Toilet had little pressure and got clogged. Not too mention the room had roaches. When I spoke to the desk help they said the hotel was going through renovations and took time to redo all rooms. No excuse for such a major brand. Asked if we would like the room sprayed for the roaches. TERRIBLE hotel experience.

Excellent place to stay! Spacious, clean suite. Grounds were beautifully landscaped, breakfast by the pool was delicious. The only problem was the 2 pools were not heated, so we couldnt swim.

The room was clean, bathrooms very clean. However when we checked in we were asked if we wanted first or second floor. We said it didn’t matter because we were not told that the elevator was not working in our building, the building maps clearly show there are elevators . Very deceiving.

Outdated and dirty. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and dirty forks in the cupboards. We ended up checking out the same day. The pool isn’t heated, no tiki bar, and one of the hot tubs wasn’t working. Staff was nice.

(1) The room needs a table and chair, so that guests can work on their laptops during their stay. There is a chair, but no table to work on. (2) There was just one box of tissues, which had just a few tissues left. (3) The shower water was lukewarm when turning the dial in one direction, and scalding hot in the other. On the flip side, it was great that there were gluten free muffins at the breakfast, and great that you had beach chairs to lend out. Thanks.

The staff was excellent. Tina that setup breakfast every day we were there was very helpful. Front desk was friendly and got us whatever we needed. Room was clean and fresh towels every day along with cleaning room. Beautiful courtyard that are room looked out at.

All ads say heated pool, so we booked this one because of the cold spell we had. No heated pool on site. We asked. No toilet paper all week. Bought our own. No microwave in room as stated. Community one by pool. Room and balcony its self was very nice and clean. Front desk staff rude and would ignore you and speak to other staff members while you wait patiently.
