"The a/c was not working when we arrived for our room. The staff said they tried to help but nothing resolved even after several attempts. That night was awful as the room had no air movement or cooling. Finally after demanding a new room the next day, we were told there was indeed an issue with the system in our room and they would move us. Our new room was as it should have been and we should have been moved sooner."
