Great vacation

The off season pricing was pretty phenomenal, the views were awesome and the condo was nice and clean. The only issue we encountered was a nightstand light that would not turn on in the primary bedroom. Be aware that when you enter the property you will need to know the e building name in order to get a parking pass. Without the building name they won’t let you in even with reservation numbers etc. otherwise we really enjoyed the property, relatively quiet, great views and close to everything. We will definitely keep this on our short list of places to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Construction noise

3rd time staying in this condo. Always clean, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. This visit, however, came with some very loud construction noise directly above our unit. This was daily from around 9:30 am til 4:00 in the afternoon. Definitely put a damper on our visit this time. Would have been nice to be notified before booking that this construction was going on.

Very nice

The stay was as good as it could be. Unit had everything you needed and then some, especially in the kitchen. Great view(even better than the picture showed). Nice two door balcony. Living room ceiling fan didn’t work but the air conditioning more than sufficed. Nice deodorizing in the trash shoot as well. We will come back and would recommend anyone else to stay at the Brighton.

A Memorable Beach Retreat

Our recent stay at this beach condo was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean, well-arranged, and boasted a stunning view. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home, perfect for our family of four. While there was one minor setback, which I'll touch on later, it didn't overshadow the overall greatness of our experience. The cleanliness of the condo was exceptional, and stepping inside immediately put us at ease. The view? Simply breathtaking! We couldn't get enough of the picturesque scenery, making every morning and night a delight. Now, let's address the slight downside. The master bedroom's bed was, unfortunately, quite uncomfortable. However, we took matters into our own hands and purchased a mattress topper from Walmart, resolving the issue for the remainder of our stay. It's a shame that such a crucial element fell short, but it didn't ruin our vacation entirely. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The room with two beds worked wonderfully for our children, and the master bedroom being at the opposite end of the hall provided peace of mind when it came to late-night TV. lol The thoughtful touches throughout the condo were a pleasant surprise. Our kids loved the toys and games available, and the starter kit with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap was helpful. Despite the mattress issue, the overall experience was fantastic, and we hope the owners address the bed issue to ensure future guests have a perfect stay.

Kingston Plantation

Overall a fine property and location. Communication prior to check in was lacking. Once contact was made with guest services they were excellent. Master suite king bed was worn out or support slats were broken. Had to sleep in second bedroom after poor night of sleep in master. TV remotes (3 of 6 ) one had no batteries and 2 had dead batteries. Guest services resolved all problems quickly except for the bed in the master.

Very nice condo~ But needs a little help

Beautiful condo, beautiful location, safe & secure& clean, had everything we needed and more. The downside...the mattress in the Master Bedroom was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a cement slab.(No exaggeration) I complained enough times that they finally changed it....to another crappy 5”-6” thick king mattress that was a piece of junk. So uncomfortable, we couldn’t even use that room. I so wanted to use that beautiful master bedroom with the sliding doors to the balcony, but couldn’t. The new furniture on the balcony was so heavy and bulky we couldn’t even use them. This furniture is made so tough, it could withstand an atom bomb I believe....😂 We couldn’t use them, couldn’t move them around, way too heavy. The worst thing was the repairs going on at the above condo made so much noise that we had to leave the condo for 8 days.....the drilling & banging was so loud, you couldn’t hear each other even speak! It was just horrible! I complained about it and got no help with this. I expect VRBO to refund me for those days or some compensation as it ruined 8 of our days! The weather was not great, so we just rode around to avoid being in the condo. This is not right at all, but they wouldn’t do anything about it.....😢 The check in was a bit confusing as there was a condo next to us that had the same number on it followed by a g. We had to get help to get in. This should have been addressed. The TV was beyond confusing, we had to get someone to come in and help us. Too many choices for TV channels and too many subscriptions. Who needs all of this? It was awful....😞 I contacted the property manager about some of these things and I felt that she was a bit irritated with me and it showed in her responses. I had every right to complain, but she made me feel bad about it....We loved the condo mostly, but these things ruined it for us. I would go back someday, but not to that unit....but not deal with that property manager.

Our vacation was wonderful. The location was beautiful, unit was clean, updated, well stocked and quiet. Tammy your representative was great. We had a minor issue and she kept right on top of the issue until it was taken care. she was always available and responsive. Best contact person we have ever had. Our experience with VRBO has been excellent. We highly recommend VRBO. Thank you

One of the best condos ever!

This rental was wonderful from the beginning. Carolina Palms (Courtney is a doll) worked with us because of the storm Ian. We arrived to a beautiful building and then entered a beautiful condo. It had everything and more. There were a couple concerns but I emailed Carolina Palms and they were resolved. The only suggestion I might have is they should have written instructions for the television. My husband had to call the next day for help. Other than that we had the PERFECT week. If we are lucky enough to come back, we will not hesitate to do so. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Parents weekend coastal carolina

We stayed for parents weekend at CCU didn’t anticipate a hurricane, but we did come early And thank goodness we did , because storm came in on Friday , we felt safe on 15 th floor but were not prepared for the s type of storm. We had no flashlights etc and all the stores , grocery were closed. Loved the unit Perfect for our stay ,we love Kingston plantation. Maybe we would good thing to have some flashlights or candles available for hurricane/ storms. Just a suggestion. Overall we had a great stay , host was as very accommodating. We would def stay again. Thank you.

Beautiful condo and attentive owner!

My family had a wonderful experience! The condo was clean, the whole building was lovely. The elevators were fast, the pool was beautiful….just perfect! The dryer stopped working while we were there, so we contacted maintenance. They came very quickly and replaced it the very next day. I never expected that. I thought, we’ll that’s unfortunate, but things happen. But to have a replacement so quickly was so nice. Highly recommend!!

Nice 2 bedroom ocean front unit

Nice 2 bedroom unit. Kitchen well stocked. Good view of ocean and nice furniture outside. Only downside was the unit was not cleaned well - furniture had not been dusted and second bathroom tub not cleaned well.
