Gorgeous oceanfront condo in the Margate tower with full resort access!

Expertly decorated, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, oceanfront Margate condo is modern elegance at its finest! The living room is relaxed yet refined and has access to the balcony and an incredible north-facing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach below! There is plenty of seating with a L-shaped sofa, 2 rocker swivel chairs and a club chair; the living room also boasts a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining area is delightful, it is completely open to the living area and has seating for 6 under the clear sea glass chandelier. This condo features a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and upgraded cabinets. There are tons of wonderful cookware, dinnerware, and stemware.

The master bedroom is enormous; it has tons of light, a desk for those that need it, and has access to a truly magnificent ensuite!! This stylish, yet comfortable space is decorated in soothing ocean colors, this space is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and an even better place to wake up as you lounge in the king-sized adjustable bed!! The master ensuite features a double vanity and a custom glass-enclosed shower with multiple shower heads, including a rain shower head and a handheld. The first guest bedroom is as spacious as it is enchanting, featuring a king-sized bed, this room continues the theme of beachy elegance the rest of the condo has with luxurious ocean views. This bedroom also has an ensuite with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is cozy with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The third bathroom is well-appointed with beautiful finishes and a glass-enclosed stand-up shower. There is a “beach entry” door in addition to the main for less transfer of sand/water along with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Exceeded expectations! Exquisite condo and first rate property. The furnishings are beautiful, the beds are excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Two master suites with separate mechanical controls. The bathrooms and closets are large and well designed. The overall property is excellent and convenient. Great ocean view from the living room and two of three bedrooms. The balcony is large and well furnished.

This condo is just beautiful! Sooo much room and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. Check in was a breeze and the resort is also immaculate. This was our second visit to Margate Tower and we will be back.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the gated community at Kingston plantation made it feel like a resort getaway. The access to the waterslides, the pool, the beach access and ease of insta cart grocery to the door was incredible. The condo was clean, updated and very comfortable for the 6 of us to enjoy! Thank you for providing us an amazing location to stay! We will be back again because we have family in the area! Plus we added some boogie boards to the beach closet for others to enjoy as well!

Absolutely Gorgeous !

This property is by far the best location I've ever stayed in. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the staff was very friendly, it's so close to the beach and the balcony views were stunning. I stayed in this property last year and when I saw it was available again when planning this years trip, I had to snatch it up. I will definitely stay here again next year. I felt like I was home.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice,,,well equipped and furnished, The locaton was very good, close to restaurants and shopping, The first night we went to the Black Drum down the street. The food was very good. The condo was ocean front and the patio was furnished well. 2 of the bedrooms faced the ocean. the 3rd bedroom was inthe front of the condo and didn't have a view. All in alll,it was a comfortable stay and I didn't like leaving, Next year I wil rent for 10 days or two weeks, My husband at the time (he passed away in 2017) loved going to Myrtle Beach.

Early Spring Break

The property was clean and beautiful. Excellent location. Much larger in person. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Everything was very smooth with checkin as we arrived late at night. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer and guess what the master bedroom bed give you a massage. It is a state of the art condo. I loved every minute. We had five people more than enough room. I will certainly try to book it next year in the summer.

Multi-Generational Thanksgiving at the Beach!

We had a lovely stay at this waterfront unit! Well-appointed kitchen met all our cooking needs though there were plenty of restaurants nearby too. Comfortable, roomy, and what a view! Management was very responsive to any questions we had. We would happily stay here again!

Home away from home

Description exaclty as listed. There were no surprises and it was an easy transition from car to room to relax. Publix is nearby and Instacart shoppers were great and no issues delivering to the room. The pool areas were clean and very well maintained. We come to the Margate annually and live the atmosphere. Will come again!

A true “home away”
