After driving 7 hours to get there, the check-in experience was not very welcoming. The front desk staff member had a poor attitude and didn’t provide any information about where things were located, such as the elevators or the pool. It felt more like “here’s your key” and that was it. A friendlier greeting and a little guidance would have made the experience much better."
