Weekend getaway

We had a great time. Plenty of space to spread out. Game room was a hit. Dining table worked great for a steak dinner and poker afterwards. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check in/check out.

Excellent for a Girls Galentines Trip!

This cabin is amazing and definitely lives up to the listing. Plenty of room for my party of 8 and equipped with literally everything! My only complaint is the address being wrong on the booking. This caused issues during our check in process. All of my girls were traveling in at different times leading into midnight and even after the host sent the correct address I had still had 3 girls overall who had trouble. This was definitely an inconvenience, but was quickly rectified. Besides that I have no complaints. Be aware the road leading up to the house is small and kind of steep (as mountains should be so handle with care). Definitely recommend staying here!!

Family Holiday

Spacious accommodations and great for multi-family as everyone had their own space. Quiet neighborhood with lots of outdoor walking and room for kids to be adventurous. Indoor family time was perfect from playing games, movie watching and family dinners. House well equipped for all activities. Many nearby walking trails to explore.

Wonderful home for family reunion

This house is beautiful, the setting is quiet and lovely, it was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of spaces to spend time together. Our family ranging from ages 4-83 all enjoyed our stay very much. We would book again.

Mother's Day Mountain Escape

This property was the perfect place to spend our Mother's Day with the family. All was exactly as advertised, they provided plenty of towels and dishes, the hot tub was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of space and ample bathrooms, we really enjoyed ourselves. The light kept going out in the downstairs bunk bedroom, we had to trip the breaker a couple of times...otherwise the house was perfect!

Beautiful view

The home was updated, but there are some home improvements that it was lacking. The windows were outdated, I couldn't get them to open to get fresh air, and they had spider webs on them. The outside fire pit was nice, but having a master bedroom right next to it, the smoke would get into the rooms. In addition we still smelled smoke in the upstairs bedroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, but the house did not have a pantry. So our none perishable food was all over the counters. We had a small fridge, no shelves on the doors, which started leaking. We notified the booking agency and we had someone come out fairly quickly. They shut off the water supply to the fridge. And he advised he will be back to fix it. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our yearly cousin trip!

Mountain Frolic!

The house has plenty of parking and space for people to spread out yet be together. The beds are comfy and the little reading nook was great for a little alone time. The kitchen is over stocked with utensils, bring your own knives and frying pans though (there are 2 new ones but that are very small). The towels by the hot tub are a nice touch AND the videos games are AMAZING! Owner communication was good. We will definitely rent again. Really enjoyed our stay

Great cabin for groups

We had a great stay. We had a large group with kids and they all had a blast. The hot tub, pool table and arcade were all fun. The cabin has a great backyard to go exploring. Cabin is just a short distance from downtown Blue Ridge. The only thing I recommend is adding a instruction sheet in the welcome papers that will explain how to work the thermostat. It took us a while to figure it out. lol. All around, nice, updated cabin!

Celebrating a birthday

It was a great house for our large family to be together. Lots of beds, pillows, towels. Lighting could be improved, especially on lower level; no lamps for reading if sitting on couch, not good in arcade room. We would stay here again in future. Host very responsive.

Home for the holidays

Cabin is nice and lots of space for our family of 13. basically 3 levels with outside terrace on two of them. Overall nice cabin just needs some detail cleaning and some fixer uppers but even these didn’t stop the show for us. We even got some snow which was nice but it that prevented us from leaving as planned because the roads had iced so we were delayed in leaving because of the dangerous black ice. Ashley was understanding that we needed some extra time after checkout for ice to be melted. If your renting here go for it it’s an awesome time to be had.

Eleven family gathered and the house layout was perfect . It provided three levels allowing plenty of room and a great room for all to gather. Kitchen had everything needed. Main level deck with fireplace was a great enjoyment. The views were great. We had a memorable family time.

Awesome Family Christmas Vacation

Working with Ashley was awesome. She was always very responsive and helpful. The cabin was very nice and suited our needs for 4 families staying there for four days. Loved the fireplace, large kitchen and dining and bathrooms for everyone. We hope to return next year!

Early Thanksgiving Reunion

Overall the property is well maintained and kitchen is very well stocked for big meal planning and cooking. Kitchen is a tab small for the amount of personnel it is suppose to be able to handle as is the same with table sitting arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and was please on how easy it was to find and travel too. Most of the family coming was from south Florida and are not familiar with mountain driving. Beautiful views peaceful area...just what we were looking for in our early Thanksgiving Reunion. Only major hiccup was trash did not get picked up from prior occupant, which created an issue where to store garbage. Overall beautiful place would book again.

Great cabin!

Loved this cabin, it has been recently updated and has a wonderful feel. Wide circular driveway was flat and offered lots of parking. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and plenty of dishes. Be sure to bring your own toiletries as this home didn't come with any body wash or shampoo/conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and you had your choice of firm or soft depending on what you liked, so it worked for all of us. We never could figure out how to get the TVs to work, so be sure to get detailed instructions if you are TV watchers, and one of the arcade machines was broken. The view is stunning and all the spaces were so lovely. Very quiet location. We would 100% stay here again!!

Excellent Getaway!

We had an amazing stay nestled in the mountains, enjoying all the amenities of the home from the spacious porches and views to the arcade games and relaxing, comfortable living space. Easily accommodated our party of 10 very comfortably. Amazing memories!

Great home for large gatherings

We had a large family reunion here with 18 people ranging from adults to infants. House was great with plenty of rooms and areas for people to hang out and enjoy each others company. Definitely enjoyed our stay and the location!
