The room was very clean, with comfortable beds, and plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby. I cannot comment about parking because we used a taxi. The only draw-back was no physical staff presence at check-in. However, directions were very clear (by email) as what to do, with an accompanying number to call if we had any issues. Overall, a very nice room at a fair price for downtown Montreal. It is a unique boutique hotel. Would recommend.
