OMG woken up at 9AM on Sunday by .... a flatbed truck with a dance party on it in the next parking lot over? Hotel staff was kind enough to move me to another room on the other side of the hotel but the noise was STILL loud. Not much sleep that night, which was unfortunate as I got in quite late. Also worth noting..... NO place to eat around there. At all.

They are under renovation so I’m hoping things will be better in the future. Our room hadn’t been vacuumed well. There was stuff in the corner of the room and bathroom. The carpet in the hallways throughout needed to be vacuumed. The floor by the pool had puddles with floating dirt. The room was a normal hotel room just not super clean.

DO NOT BOOK RADISSON UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. We made a booking through Expedia, paid in advance and there were supposed to be no extra charges after that (all taxes were paid upfront). Upon reaching the property, they put a hold on our card (perfectly normal) and were refunded in a couple business days. Then I realized that I had a $4.95 charge on my credit card from RADISSON when they were not supposed to charge us at all. I reached out to RADISSON, they fabricated an invoice with the extra $4.54 charge. Mind you that Radisson was not supposed to charge us at all, all the payments had been made through Expedia. What they did not know was we were two families and they had made a separate booking, they had $4.54 charged to their credit card three times after the date of our checkout. When they asked for an invoice, they were sent an invoice with those charges showing three times. The only reason I wasn’t charged multiple times is because I had locked my card after I noticed the first charge. I reached out to Expedia and they have failed to comprehend the situation multiple times. RADISSON refuses to do anything because obviously they know what they did. The point is that if it was a genuine charge, the charge on both our invoices should have been the same. It may seem like a small amount but imagine charging all your customers an extra $15 - how much money do they make in this scam? Hope this helps.

Not as advertised pictures do not reflect dated and dingy hotel … stains on sheets, parking lot ridiculously small parking spots, it’s just a lot and they charge you to park there. The spots were so tight I could barely get in and out of the spot. Someone hit my mirror of my suv and cracked it. I took pictures of the sheets and complained to the hotel and they don’t care. Both Expedia and the Radisson should be embarrassed. I would not recommend.

Horrible. Everyone is so ghetto. They promised a shuttle every 30 mins but there was no shuttle. They were not even willing to accommodate my family. We had to pay a taxi to get to the airport. Crazy!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, but checking in at 2 AM was a little bit of a fiasco. It was very disorienting when one of the staff members took me around the entire hotel trying to find my room while I had to carry my two heavy luggage’s around. I wasn’t given much instruction about breakfast or its location, I believed it was included but found out it wasn’t. Flying in the middle of the night was exhausting bough in itself and I wished the staff would have been a bit more helpful.

We had a great stay here at the Radisson Hotel. Despite many negative reviews, the rooms were just as pictured, new and renovated (there are minor carpet renovations ongoing still, but no problem). The main lobby is getting renovated, and a side lobby is set up for now, no problems with the temp lobby. Staff and manager were fantastic and friendly, the pool is heated and open every day, Lifeguard takes long breaks and disappears sometimes, but generally the pool is open until 10pm. I believe parking was free- nothing was mentioned about parking fees. There was a deposit $70 still waiting to see if I get that back. Note: There is a hospitality tax when you check out, very minor and I dont think the Hotel can do anything about this- Quebex tax. Overall great experience in a unique tropical-style hotel, with pool and palm trees. I would come back to stay here. Thanks Radisson

Shuttle from the airport took too long. When I called, they said it was on their way and took 45 mins to arrive. In the morning, at 6:01 am they left (it was booked for 6 am). Unreadable considering they knew we had a small child. No apologies for 45 mins late, no apologies for not waiting 1 min the next day. I understand the place is under renovations, but the paint odours in the room were very strong. Not to mention the hallways were all dirty

Very disappointed with the reservation. We booked for 3 people in the room only to find that our room did not have a second bed. It had a pull out sofa for the third person, but no bedding. After complaining, we finally got sheets, but now blankets or a pillow.
