The employees were amazing and always helpful. I can’t remember specific names but the lady usually on night was super amazing and the lady with dreadlocks (I apologize I don’t remember their names) was also very helpful!

Great stay for a girls weekend!

The stay was great! Very accommodating. Breakfast was good - friendly reminder that they are VERY strict on the closing times. So if breakfast ends at 10, that means that the doors are closed and everything is put away by 10:00 on the dot! So go early! The pool was clean with lots of towels available. Anytime we called the front desk for anything, they were always quick to bring anything up, Such as: toilet paper(extra), extra blankets, ice: there is no public ice machine so you have to ask the front desk for some and they will bring up a bag. The only “complaint”(and I say that loosely as it isn’t really a complaint) is when I booked the hotel, I put in the notes that I would like extra towels in the room and extra pillows(there were 4 women staying in our room in total), but there were no extras in the room when we arrived. Other than that, place was great! Would definitely stay here again!

I liked our room. Lots of space and very clean. The breakfast could be better. The food wasn’t hot enough. Perhaps if the plates could be kept warm, this might help. Impossible to spread the butter on the toast as the butter was frozen.

Great friendly staff. 1 out of only 2 elevators were out of service hence the decrease in stars. A sign on where the stairs can be access would’ve been helpful. Operating on 1 elevator is inconvenient not only to guests but especially when cleaning carts were also using it. I’m not from the area but considering the space I don’t really get the charge for the parking and why it can’t be complimentary for those who stay.

Residence Inn at Montreal Airport location is grea

We needed a 2-night stay while we were visiting family in Montreal. We were able to get a good cart that actually wheels straight, the unit was furnished with everything we needed (tho not offered a bottle of water). Coffee in-room service was fine, shuttle worked perfectly for us on our way to the airport; staff was very friendly and helpful - even tried to put a bkrst together at 5am, tho had not reuqested one. Very kind.

I checked in at around 1am and the employee asked if I had a vehicle and I said yes and he told me that it’s $18 per day. I said that’s fine. The next morning I tried to get out of the parking lot and I couldn’t get out. I had to go back inside and wait in a big line of people to get my card activated to be able to get out. Why wouldn’t he just do that when I checked in the night before. What if I was on a tight schedule and had to get out right away. I couldn’t.
