The room was comfortable and well appointed and superbly clean (had a king studio) and spacious. Service was excellent. My vehicle considered high theft and I was provided a device to keep it safe, which thoroughly Impressed me. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Walkable to downtown and shopping of saint Catherine street and transit.

The room was clean, had a microwave and stove, all very nice, the only thing was that the room curtains would not block out the light. There are train tracks downstairs, good thing there are no trains at night to make noise. The front desk staff was very attentive.

Older hotel but rooms have been updated & were a good size. The shower was amazing! Parking is underground & was pretty tight. Great location for quick food options & easy access to the Metro to get anywhere in the city.

Really loved our room, was everything we wanted and more. Clean well stocked cozy bed, though the casting on tv wouldnt work the entire time however we were so busy it didnt matter Dining could use alot of work. Breakfast was.inconsistant day to day and the Club sandwich had soggy bread,the chicken tasted like packaged grilled chicken and fries bland.No where near worth $25 and a pretty basic Caesar.Staff were super nice and love you could store luggage before room ready.

Great property in walking distance of many must-sees. The pool was a bit underwhelming and the on-site restaurant left much to be desired as far as close-by places you can count on to be good. But overall a great price for the location. Easy uber pickup and drop off and close to transit stops. Walking distance to st. Catherine and Bell Center. The staff on check-in seemed a little uninterested but throughout the stay they were lovely so perhaps just a rough day. Rooms are nice, great sized fridge in room. The common areas are really nice and welcoming. Overall, would return for another stay in this beautiful city!

Unsafe and no privacy washroom room door Duvet was very old, bad and not comfortable. Staff didn’t even set the bed while replacing the very bad duvet with another bad duvet… I had to set it up… won’t recommend

The lobby was nice and the hotel is centrally located, with some nice restaurant options nearby. However the room itself was not very clean, the mattress was propped up on a slab of plywood and sunk in when you lay down. The TV did not work and the towels were coming apart..
