Heater didn’t work in our room and I was charged before arriving at the hotel and my room was canceled because we arrived late. I tried calling the hotel to let them know I would still be there but no one answered until the next day to inform me that o was going to get another room which was very cold I had to leave and stay with my sister and wasted two night that I didn’t use and they didn’t try to accommodate me. Worst experience and very disappointing

We were satisfied with the room we stayed, except the bed mattress maybe was too old that it's too soft. Other than that, it's a great location for the first time visitor since the area was very safe and convenient.

Stay at Le Nouvel Hotel was pleasant from beginning to end. Wonderful and prompt service and was quite clean. Good location only few blocks walking distance from good restaurants.
