A Decent Stay

Compared to other expensive hotels in Montreal, the price was reasonable. Although it took more than 20 minutes on foot to get to the very downtown area, parking was available and it wasn’t a problem for me. What I especially appreciated was that they allowed me to keep my car parked until around 8 p.m. even after check-out.

The people at the hotel were great. The room was amazong. The only downfall was , tgey give you a club (anti_thieft device). Made us nervous.

The loft apartment has a washer dryer and kitchenette ( equipped with dishes/ pots ) Very nice room , comfortable beds , nice jacuzzi Lovely heated outdoor pool However parking is $35/ plus tax a day And there is no complimentary coffee within the foyer ( although one in your room )

You get what you pay for

The room had been updated, with a new, clean bathroom, but the beds were not very comfortable, the duvets were filled with feathers, which were prickly, the pillows the same. The parking garage is shared with 2 nearby condos, and seemed very sketchy. We were given a club for our car, and if we didn’t want to use it, we would have had to sign a waiver saying the hotel was t responsible if our car was stolen or broken into. Overall, we wish we had spent more on a better hotel in a nicer area.

Great location with friendly staff

We enjoyed the friendly, welcoming service, the spacious room, and the convenient location. Navigation around the property was a bit tricky at times—like finding the right elevator or accessing the pool—but the staff’s helpfulness made all the difference. Overall, a great stay. We look forward to coming back.

Almost Perfect Stay，Cleanliness Could Improve We had a great stay overall. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and appreciated being able to store our luggage，it was very convenient. The 24-hour service also made our late-night checkout for an early flight smooth and easy. The room’s air conditioning and shower were both very comfortable. The location is excellent. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and several attractions are within walking distance. A bus stop is located right outside the building, making it easy to get around, and the airport 747 bus is just a 5-minute walk away, which made our airport transfers very convenient. The only downside was room cleanliness，we found some hair near the pillow on the first day, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. If housekeeping improves, the experience would be perfect.
