Just a quick overnight!

Just a quick overnight for us. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation. However it did the trick. Not sure we would stay again. Breakfast was decent.

After seeing an 8.6 rating I was very hopeful that this hotel would be 8.6 amazing. It was not. The hotel had a horrible odor when I walked in. The stairwell smelled like pickles. The room was very small, not like it was pictured. There was no jetted tub as described in the amenities. The ice machine and soda machines didn't work. It was a huge disappointment after seeing the other reviews. I defiantly would have chosen a different hotel if I would have known.

We had trouble checking in because hotels. Con put in the wrong amount. An error of one penny kept us from checking in for almost an hour. We were on the phone with customer support, chat live and the manager of the hotel called someone. We were told that no one could help, at first, because no one was available. We were also told by live chat that there was issues with their phone lines. We were not offered any compensation for our wait. No offer to make things right. We are deeply disappointed with the quality of service with hotels. Com We finally got checked in and found out our tv is not working. Took an hour but they finally put us in a better room with a working tv. Get it together customer support.

The location is wonderful. Staff is good. It was noisy up to 6:30 pm with all the furniture building etc. Not sure if I got a pre or post renovated room but the bed was hard. It was clean and the breakfast looked great.
