Clean room. Very disappointed the pool wasn't open, we had to walk over to the Edgewater pool . Which was smaller then the Aquarius Pool. Online they said the pool would be open during our stay. Rooms could use updating.

the room was great the coffie pot was broken and had no pods, but that was the only thing wrong we dont drink so didnt use the bar. housekeeping responded really fast to our only request. all in all a very good stary.

No coffee maker, no refrigerator, without an upgrade. Television was old and outdated, Ice maker non-operational. Complementary ice was available at the desk, however was about as big as a freezer bag. Very disappointing.

"Because we brought our little dog, we were put on the bottom floor. If you have someone in the room above who walks around, you may not be able to sleep. Very thin floors, ceilings and walls. It was also difficult getting up and down the stairs for us senior citizens. This is a very old hotel and is overdue for a major upgrade. Tha staff was wonderful. Security staff very visible made us feel safe. The landscaping is beautiful. "
